2. What we collect and why
- Contact and booking information such as your name, work email, message and any information you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your request and arrange a conversation.
- AI Horizon Scan responses and your email address. We use them to send your result and, where appropriate, follow up on your request.
- Newsletter email when you subscribe to Field Notes. We use it to send Field Notes. You can unsubscribe by emailing hello@h3.company.
- Website analytics via Vercel Web Analytics: aggregated page statistics used to understand site usage.
3. Legal basis
We process information to respond to a request you make, to run and improve the site, and, where required, with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
4. Services we use
- Vercel hosts this website, provides its server-side form handling and supplies aggregated website analytics.
- Resend delivers messages submitted through the site, including AI Horizon Scan results.
- Cal.com handles scheduling when you choose to book a conversation.
5. International data transfers
When you use our forms or the AI Horizon Scan, the personal data involved may be transferred to and processed in the United States by Vercel (which hosts the site and handles form requests) and Resend (which sends site messages and scan results). Where a transfer from the European Economic Area to the United States is needed, it is protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses in the providers’ data-processing terms: Vercel’s Data Processing Addendum and Resend’s GDPR information.
6. Retention
- We keep contact and booking information for 12 months after the last meaningful contact.
- We keep AI Horizon Scan responses for 12 months after you receive your result.
- We keep your newsletter email until you unsubscribe. We may retain the minimum information needed to respect an unsubscribe request.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@h3.company. You may also file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
